The Viticultural Society sponsors an Associate Judge position at the Victorian Wine Show. The purpose of this sponsorship is to continue promoting the Victorian Wine Industry and to assist with the professional development of future Wine Show judges.

The scholarship includes relevant travel and accommodation expenses, invitations to Viticultural Society functions and mentoring from members of the Society.

In 2019 the sponsorship was awarded to Anthony Pieri. Previous sponsorships have been awarded to Nicole Bilson and Dylan McMahon.
